Nanny has held various positions in human resources and IT. From day one she has assisted Sjoerd within the company and from 2018 to the end of 2023, Nanny has been responsible for all human resources and ICT within Delfia Inland Shipping. Due to the growth, Nanny has transferred her position as HR manager to Naima and from 2024 Nanny will be responsible for payroll administration and ICT. She’ll remain responsible for the entire HR at Rederij Thalassa.
